Get ready to spice up your evening with a culinary celebration worthy of Mexico’s biggest holiday! In this cooking class, you’ll discover the vibrant flavors, textures, and traditions that make Mexican cuisine unforgettable.
MENU:
- Totopos con Salsa Verde Casera – warm, golden tortilla chips fresh from the fryer, paired with a zesty, tangy tomatillo salsa verde that’s just the right balance of heat and freshness.
- Duros de Trigo con Ceviche de Zanahoria y Pescado Blanco – airy, crispy puffed wheat bites piled high with a bright, citrusy ceviche of white fish, crisp carrots, cilantro, and a subtle kick of chile.
- Pozole Rojo de Puerco – the beloved Mexican stew of tender pork and hominy, simmered in a rich red chile broth and served with an abundant garnish bar so you can pile on the crunch and flavor just the way you like.
- Pay de Queso con Cajeta – a luscious cream cheese pie in a buttery crust, crowned with decadent, silky goat’s milk caramel.

Gift cards payments done by phone at 604-428-3700 or call us to pay with credit card. Payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held. Once booked all class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
Free parking opens up on Hastings at 6pm. Please arrive no earlier than this time.
