Step into our kitchen for a hands-on workshop that celebrates bold flavors and timeless techniques. You’ll learn how to craft artisan sausages, both pork and salmon, before assembling them into gourmet-style hotdogs. Freshness comes from a classic Greek Salad, and for dessert, we’ll bake the legendary Basque Cheesecake, with its caramelized top and silky interior. A well-rounded menu that’s as fun to create as it is to enjoy!

- Hands-on Pork Sausage – Craft juicy, flavour-packed pork sausages from scratch.
- Hands-on Salmon Sausage – A lighter twist! Fresh salmon turned into gourmet-style sausages.
- Make It into Your Own Hotdog – Sizzle your sausage and slide them into soft bun with all the fixings.
- Greek Salad – Crisp, refreshing, and bursting with Mediterranean flavours.
- Basque Cheesecake – Indulge in a creamy, caramelized Spanish classic.
NOTE: Please bring containers for your take-home sausages!
To register for this class please scroll down to book online and enter information below. Online payment by PayPal or credit card. Gift cards payments done by phone at 604-428-3700 or call us to pay with credit card. Payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held. Once booked all class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
