Join Chef Glenys for a celebration of rustic Italian cooking, rooted in tradition and seasonal ingredients. This cozy menu highlights nourishing soups, vibrant winter vegetables, slow-braised pork, and a bright citrus dessert—bringing the warmth and simplicity of central Italy to the table!
MENU:
- Tuscan “Garmugia”- a hearty soup -loaded with vegetables- artichokes, beans, asparagus- with parmesan toasts
- Kale Salad “Cacio e Pepe” – a great winter salad- tangy with lemon, black pepper and Pecorino
- Maiale al Latte- Pork Braised in Milk – a true classic from Emilia-Romagna- tender loin roast, it makes it’s own sauce!
- Roasted Fennel and Onions with Prosciutto – a simple roasted dish, perfect with the sauce
- Lemon Ricotta Cake – celebrate citrus season with zesty, cream cake- sometimes eaten for breakfast!
To register for this class please scroll down to book online and enter information below. Online payment by PayPal or credit card. Gift cards payments done by phone at 604-428-3700 or call us to pay with credit card. Payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held. Once booked all class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
Free parking opens up on Hastings at 6pm. Please arrive no earlier than this time.
