A modern Mexican Pacific-inspired demo class celebrating smoke, citrus, and coastal seafood, using West Coast ingredients and chef-driven techniques. Guests will watch, taste, and learn how classic Mexican flavors meet contemporary cooking methods.
Smoked Salmon & Chipotle Dip – Cold-smoked salmon blended into a creamy, smoky chipotle dip
Halibut Aguachile Tostada – Thinly sliced local halibut “cured” in a bright serrano-lime aguachile, layered over a crisp tostada with avocado, cucumber and cilantro
Grilled Shrimp Gobernador Taco with Mexican Rice – Juicy grilled shrimp folded with roasted poblano, melted cheese, and onion—Gobernador-style—served in a warm tortilla with classic Mexican rice on the side.
Espresso & Baileys Tres Leches Cake – A rich, coffee-infused take on the classic tres leches, soaked with espresso and Baileys, finished with lightly whipped cream.

Gift cards payments done by phone at 604-428-3700 or call us to pay with credit card. Payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held. Once booked all class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
Free parking opens up on Hastings at 6pm. Please arrive no earlier than this time.
