Chef Luis Lopez brings a BC-inspired menu to this demo-style cooking class, featuring fresh ingredients and comforting, bold flavours. Along the way, he’ll share tips, techniques, and stories while preparing a lineup of dishes designed to inspire everyday cooking. Come hungry, learn something new, and enjoy flavours rooted in BC.

MENU:
Shaved Brussels Sprout Salad – serves with candied bacon and toasted nuts
Creamy Chicken Tortilla Soup – hearty, smoky, crunchy, and soul-warming
Chipotle Pot Roast Tacos – slow-cooked and served with warm tortillas and tangy toppings
Handmade Fresh Corn Tortillas – Chef Luis’ signature recipe, learn to make them and never buy them again
Cinnamon Crunch Banana Bread – swirled, baked, and topped with vanilla ice cream. What more could you crave?!
To register for this class please scroll down to book online and enter information below. Online payment by PayPal or credit card. Gift cards payments done by phone at 604-428-3700 or call us to pay with credit card. Payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held. Once booked all class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
Free parking opens up on Hastings at 6pm. Please arrive no earlier than this time.
