In this class you will learn how to make a light and decedent Italian buttercream that is sure to be a crowed pleaser!  Students will be shown how to create even layers inside a cake and how to make a smooth even cake surface. Finishing touches will be a piped flowers and edible pearls.

You will use your skills from the first class to fill and cover a cake with Italian butter cream, and then be shown different piping techniques and designs, will be shown how to create basic butter cream flowers using different tips.
