We have some gorgeous cheese shops and farms in our area yet sometimes it’s overwhelming to choose!  Let Instructor Kit explain the differences in cheeses, tell you how different cheeses are made and more!  She will whip up a ricotta and show you how easy it is to make your own!  Served with a gorgeous sourdough this is a treat to start.  Plus you will learn how to meaningfully and beautifully arrange a cheese and charcuterie board that will impress all your guests. Using simple pairing philosophies and garnish techniques, Instructor Kit Stroh will walk you through each step of creating an Instagram-worthy platter.

Every student will leave with an assembled gorgeous cheese and charcuterie tray so please make a plan that evening with 3-4 of your closest friends to share!

Cost of the class includes a beautiful round wood board (retail $39.99), gorgeous gourmet cheeses, olives, nuts crackers and meats to assemble the board, plus the fabulous cookbook On Boards (retail $25) to take home and inspire you!
