Cooking for One – Nourish the Soul! Hands-On with Chef Kyla!

Cooking for one can sometimes seem like more work than it’s worth, but the benefits of a well-rounded diet and delicious food can immensely improve your physical and mental health. In this 3-week kitchen therapy, as we call it, Chef Kyla will teach you how to use simple ingredients for recipes that don’t take all day to make. Being on your own may not be the most uplifting thing, so taking the time for self-care and love are very important. Our hope is that you will feel the difference and understand why it’s worth it after this series.

- Sundried Tomato Pesto with Penne Roasted Garlic and Italian Sausage
- Prawn Linguine with arugula, white wine, a lemon butter sauce and a hint of chili
- Beetroot, Radicchio, Gorgonzola and toasted Walnut Salad
- Tuscan Panzanella Salad- Rustic sourdough bread ripped up and tossed with a fresh tomato and basil salad
