Glenys is sharing some of her favourite Italian recipes this time; Nonna herself may just ask how you did it. Great flavours and huge portions make for a fab night at home.
- Antipasti- Fresh vegetables with Bagna Cauda- a olive oil and garlic fondue for fresh vegetables
- Crostini with Ricotta, Prosciutto and Peas
- Winter Citrus Salad – Arugula and Wine Soaked Currants, Candied Nuts finished with finely dusted Pecorino and Olive Oil
- Garlic Basil Chicken with Tomato Butter Sauce with Pappardelle- if you love Indian Butter Chicken, you’ll love the luxury of this sauce. Learn why cast iron is a must-have in your kitchen. We’re serving it with big, fat pasta.
- Nutella Semifreddo- Need we say more? No ice cream maker needed; make ahead and forget.
