Welcome to Delicious Pies and Cakes! Chef Russell will teach you how to prepare his two favourite pies along with his all-time favourite Maple Cake. Also, he will show you tips and tricks for perfect pie crust and seasonal filling/topping substitutions. Join him for an afternoon of fun pie and cake making!
- “Tarte a la rhubarbe meringuee”: Buttery Shortcrust, Sweet and Tangy Rhubarb and decorated with Golden, Fluffy Meringue Peaks.
- Quick Tarte au chocolat: Buttery Shortcrust and Rich Chocolate Ganache
- “Pudding Chomeur” – Sweet, Rich & Creamy Quebecois Maple Cake baked rustic-style in small cast-iron skillets. Delicious with vanilla ice cream!
