Welcome to Delicious Pies! Chef Russell will teach you how to prepare his favourite pies. He will also show you tips and tricks for perfect pie crust and seasonal filling/topping substitutions. Join him for an afternoon of fun pie making! Please bring a to-go container for the chocolate raspberry tart.
- “Tarte a la Rhubarbe Meringuee”: Buttery Shortcrust, Sweet and Tangy Rhubarb and decorated with Golden, Fluffy Meringue Peaks.
