Family Feast! With Chef Glenys Morgan **SOLD OUT, WAIT LIST ONLY

This menu is fabulous for Easter but don’t limit yourself!  Any family feast can use these great sides and salads. The ham is the showcase and there’s no ham like it! Fraser Valley raised, cured and smoked, local butchers offer these great hams year-round. Learning the tips to master ham is on the agenda. This menu also teaches techniques to perfect your side dishes and dessert says “Hello spring!”
MENU:
  • Spring Greens- cress, haricots verts, asparagus, fresh herbs- tossed with warm parmesan dressing
  • Molasses and Mustard Glazed Dawson Ham – scored, glazed, gilded and roasted
  • Apricot Chutney- a quick chipotle and sundried apricot condiment
  • Nips and Tats- a gratin of potato, parsnip and leeks
  • Braised Red Cabbage and Apples- colourful and delicious
  • Bourbon Baked Beans- a classic Southern accompaniment that will keep the vegetarians happy too!
  • Lemon Marzipan Cake with Raspberries

Gift cards cannot be redeemed online but you can reserve with credit card and exchange for gift card in store the day of the class or before.  All class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. You may send someone in your place or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Don’t forget you receive 10% off your shopping the day of your class!
