Perfect for the summer time, this menu will make you look at this humble fruit in a completely new way. - Creamy Tomato Soup (Indian style) :The beautifully creamy and perfectly balanced between sweet and slightly tangy, this humble tomato soup is definitely not what you might think of. Topped with homemade garam masala and dry fenugreek croutons and fresh cream – yu-u-m!
- Rasedar Aloo – Tomato based, spiced potato red garlic curry, topped with fresh coriander and served with garlic flatbread.
- Dal Banjara – Simple, easy and very nutritious split black lentils boiled and tempered with Ghee, garlic and chillies. Served with flavoured jasmine basmati rice with onions and herbs.
- Fruit Cream – A personal favorite fresh cream based dessert filled with seasonal fruits and topped with gorgeous nuts – oh yaaaas!
