*NOTE: This is a tasting menu, so you will receive extra dishes but smaller portions, and more recipes than our regular classes.
- Greek Antipasti- A mix of artichokes, olives, peppers, feta and more… baked and ready to dip. Served warm with pita breads or chips
- Crostinis topped with roasted butternut squash, ricotta and preserved lemon
- Apple Cauliflower Vichysoisse with Truffle Cream

Gift cards cannot be redeemed online but you can reserve with credit card and exchange for gift card in store the day of the class or before. All class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING.
