• Stilton tower- a toasted bauguette tower drowning in a wild mushroom red wine, cream sauce and Stilton Cheese
• Radicchio salad with Bleu cheese, pecan brittle and pomegranate balsamic reduction
• Seared flank steak with a Blue Cheese Garlic Butter
• Celeriac Puree with Parmesan
• Baked Pears with Gorgonzola and Rosemary whipped cream

Gift cards cannot be redeemed online but you can reserve with credit card and exchange for gift card in store the day of the class or before.  All class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING.
