Format: Demonstration, Adults Only
MENU:
- Artichoke and Tomato Bruschetta – A crisp, savory bite layered with marinated artichokes, sweet tomatoes, and fresh herbs.
- Burrata, Tomato, and Golden Beets Salad – Creamy burrata paired with juicy tomatoes and earthy golden beets, finished with a light dressing.
- Mushroom Soup with Pickled Shimeji – A silky, comforting soup balanced with the tang of delicately pickled shimeji mushrooms.
- Herbed Chicken with Potato Au Gratin, King Oyster Mushrooms, and Glazed Carrots – Tender chicken infused with herbs, served alongside creamy potato au gratin, meaty mushrooms, and perfectly glazed carrots.
- Chocolate Soufflé – A decadent, airy classic to end the evening on a sweet note.

Gift cards payments done by phone at 604-428-3700 or call us to pay with credit card. Payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held. Once booked all class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
Free parking opens up on Hastings at 6pm. Please arrive no earlier than this time.
