A menu that brings together rustic ingredients and modern technique, moving from cozy to elegant with each course, sure to leave you satisfied in both mind and appetite.
Confit Garlic & Tomato Crostinis with Parmesan – Crisp crostinis topped with slow-cooked garlic and sweet tomato, finished with a touch of Parmesan for a warm, savory start.
Falafel with Herb Aioli, Pickled Onions & Arugula – Crispy falafel paired with zesty herb aioli and tangy pickled onions, nestled on fresh arugula for a bright, satisfying bite.
Salmon Confit with Broccoli Purée, Caramelized Onion Tart & Yuzu Aioli – Tender confit salmon over silky broccoli purée, served alongside a golden onion tart and citrusy yuzu aioli for balance and depth.
Panna Cotta with Wild Berries & Sugar Spun – Velvety panna cotta crowned with vibrant wild berries and delicate spun sugar — a light, elegant finish to the meal.

Gift cards payments done by phone at 604-428-3700 or call us to pay with credit card. Payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held. Once booked all class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
Free parking opens up on Hastings at 6pm. Please arrive no earlier than this time.
