- Pate Sablee, Flaky Pie Dough, Nut crusts
- Show technique/tricks to making doughs
- Blind baking
- Lining tart shells
- Learn different types of fillings: Fruit filling, Pastry Cream, Curd, etc.
3. Pie Tops
- Show different toppings, such as crumbles, lattice tops, crimping dough, etc.
Show how to eggwash
4.Taste Test (Hands on! The best part!)
- Taste different pies and discuss their attributes
