An Introduction to Herbs – An Evening With Chef Glenys Morgan **SOLD OUT, WAIT LIST ONLY

There are lots of herbs sprouting at this time of year so lets learn how to make them shine in your cooking! Nothing is nicer than the smell of them in the kitchen. Rosemary, marjoram, chives, tarragon… Glenys is the fresh-herb phenom. At this time of year, most of them are fresh from her garden. This class will also teach you about roasting chicken: tressing, dressing, and serving with some sides you will love.
