For the holidays, the morning meal should be relaxed, then stay in your PJ’s as long as possible. Make-ahead options and tips from the best B&B’s help in the planning.
MENU:
Cheddar-Chive Waffles with Fluffy Shirred Eggs – a classic technique with eggs- luxurious, quick and easy- perfect for a “help yourself” buffet
Spice Roasted Bacon – choose your favourite bacon and give it a gilding
Crispy Smashed Potatoes – golden, crunchy and great for dipping too!
Fruit and Nut Olive Oil Roasted Granola – make a little or a lot, it makes a great gift- serve with yogurt or eggnog!
Brioche Baked French Toast with Blueberry Syrup Glaze – one dish- from the fridge and into the oven.

Gift cards payments done by phone at 604-428-3700 or call us to pay with credit card. Payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held. Once booked all class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
Free parking opens up on Hastings at 6pm. Please arrive no earlier than this time.
