For age 13 and up.

Master the art of buttercream piping in our hands-on workshop with Chef Karen, where you will learn to recreate the beautiful floral design shown in the photo above. With certifications from top Korean cake and flower art associations, including the ICDA and Congmom Cake Master Association, Chef Karen brings expert guidance in cream and buttercream decoration.
Class Overview
  • Skill Focus: Learn to pipe realistic buttercream flowers, leaves, and berries.
  • The Project: Decorate your own pre-baked 4″ red velvet cake to take home.
  • Techniques: Master buttercream consistency, coloring, and various piping tips for a professional finish.
  • Note: We focus purely on decoration; the cake recipe will be provided for home use.

All supplies are provided for use during the class, and a bento box will be given to take your 4″ cake home with.

Gift card payments done by phone at 604-428-3700.  Payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held.  Once booked all class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
