Bring in 2024 with some fresh new recipes from Chef Glenys.  This evening is all about simple comfort.  Winter evenings are for firing up the oven so a savoury bread is a must.

MENU:

• Hearty  Zuppa – filled with greens and the added luxury of creamy gnocchi.  Creamy, smoky bacon
• Feta and Sage Polenta Bread- This makes the soup a dinner.  Savoury warm goodness
• Winter Salad – a little French with shaved fennel, apple, endive and grapes. Glenys’ crème-fraîche Dijon dressing
• Chicken with a Top – comforting chicken pot pie up a notch. Leeks, apples and a Cheddar crust
• Luxurious Apple Cake – chock full of apples, served with a salted caramel sauce

Online payment by PayPal.  Gift cards and credit card payments done by phone at 604-428-3700.  Payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held.   Once booked all class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
