Choux Pastry! Luxe Desserts with Chef Jenna! **4 SPACES LEFT

Format:  Partially Hands-On, Adults and teens 14+

So first question… how to pronounce this?  Simple.. it’s Shoo!  The most amazing little pastries to make!
In this class we will be learning all about choux pastry! We’ll be making a raspberry cream choux au craquelin with pink craquelin and a raspberry whipped cream filling. We’ll top it off with dollops of whipped cream, a dusting of freeze dried raspberry and dried rose petals.
Together we will:
  • Make some choux with craquelin and some without, to see the difference (it’s a big difference!)
  • Learn how to dye our craquelin
  • Learn tips and tricks on making whipped cream
  • Learn how to fold raspberry jam into whipped cream

Everyone will make 5 delectable little cream puffs to take home!

No seats can be held.   Once booked all class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
