The biggest hit in Europe right now is the famous Italian bar snacks Cichetti!  The little tasty dishes served at neighbourhood bars in Venice go beautifully with wine, campari or a delicious Aperol Spritz.  From his pilgrimage to Londons’ Polpo Chef John fell for these savoury delights in a big way and would like you to taste them for yourselves! • Pizzette, hand made little pizza pies with seasonal vegetable toppings and Pork with Pickled Peppers
• Goats Cheese Roasted Grape and Walnut Bruschette on home made Tuscan bread
• Warm squid salad with cavolo nero and chickpeas
• Mussels and Clams with chilli and garlic
• Pork and Beef Polpette (meatballs)
• The finale… Blackberry and lemon panna cotta.
