Join Chef Luis for a fall cooking class like no other — where Mexican tradition meets BC harvest flavors!

MENU:

“Vuelve a la Vida” – Shrimp & Fish Cocktail
A refreshing start to the evening. Tender shrimp and fresh fish marinated in citrus and tossed in a tangy tomato-chile sauce. Served with crisp totopos for a lively, coastal bite.

Totopos with Chile-Lime Salt
Light and crunchy tortilla chips, finished with a sprinkle of chile-lime salt. Perfect for pairing — or enjoying on their own with a squeeze of lime.

Tetela de Chorizo y Papa
A rustic Oaxacan classic. Crispy masa triangles filled with spiced chorizo and creamy potato, served over a smooth black bean sauce. Topped with crema, aged queso seco, and pickled onions.

Jícama, Carrot & Cucumber Salad
A bright, crunchy mix of jícama, carrot, and cucumber tossed with lime, chili, and sea salt. Cool, crisp, and refreshing — a classic Mexican palate cleanser.

Suaves de Coco – Coconut Bombones
A soft, chewy coconut confection from Mexico’s Pacific coast. Lightly sweet, delicately tropical — a simple, satisfying finish.

Online payment by PayPal or credit card.  Gift cards payments done by phone at 604-428-3700 or call us to pay with credit card.  Payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held. Once booked all class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.

Free parking opens up on Hastings at 6pm. Please arrive no earlier than this time.
