We know we have it good, or even great, so why not give our East Coast friends a nod making some of their favourite dishes with our catch!

MENU:

• Hot Crab Dip- a great appetizer in time for fall entertaining- crab, corn, red bell pepper, herbs- baked until hot and creamy and served with crostini or baguette.
• Island Fish Cakes – Served hot, made fresh
• Simple Salad – Greens with a creamy lemon garlic dressing
• East Coast Seafood Chowder and Biscuits- really a sailor’s big bowl stew packed with shrimp, scallops, catch-of-the-day, thick and rich. Served with hot fluffy homemade biscuits.
• Blueberry Buckle- buckle up for dessert with ice cream

Gift cards cannot be redeemed online but you can reserve with credit card and exchange for gift card in store the day of the class or before.  All class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING.
