We get ribs from the side but their side-kicks take them over the top. Three different ribs, different techniques for each and side-kicks that make each dish a show-stopper. We’ll talk grilling tips, marinades, side tricks and entertaining.
- Middle Eastern Spice Lamb Chops with Fattoush Salad- fresh herb marinade on the ribs, a quick sear is all that’s needed. Fattoush is a big bold salad with tomatoes, flatbread croutons, cucumber, herbs, feta, olives… the perfect pairing.
- Extra Sticky Thai BBQ Ribs with Peanut BBQ Sauce and Sweet Thai Ginger Slaw- you’ll need lots of napkins for this sticky pleasure. The “slaw” is fresh, bright and tangy; the baby-back ribs will be favourite.
- Beef Short Ribs with Porter Beer Mopping Sauce and Bubbling Smoky Beans- Short ribs are a braising favourite but here it’s for the grill. Learn how to make the perfect, melting short rib, with a nod to the “South”.
- Bourbon-Infused Chocolate Cake – Delicious, and flourless!
