Thinking forward into December, it’s cold outside but all thenew citrus fruit is in season – it’s time for a change of pace. This menuis inspired by a favourite restaurant of Glenys’s. Rich, warm, lovely dishes that will make you excited for a rainy Friday night with friends.

Shortribs Braised in Red Wine, Tomato, and NiÃ§oise Olives with Fennel Mashed Potatoes- this is a richly coloured braise that’s made for wine lovers, or baguette lovers for mopping up the sauce.
