MENU:

• Corn Cake Stacks with Arugula and Aged Canadian White Cheddar- a perfect appy but also makes a fabulous brunch- just add scrambled eggs, bacon, smoked salmon………
• Chilled Herb and Cucumber Soup- a no-cook blender soup, singing with fresh herbs, garlic and great garnishes- croutons, avocado, crab, lobster
• Salmon with Blueberry Chipotle Salsa on a bed of Seasonal Greens – make this salsa and serve it all year long! Grill, bake, sear-it’s salmon your way.
• Roasted Plum Sauce with Vanilla Chèvre Cheesecake- YOLO… You only live once!
