Format: Demonstration Supper Club, Adults Only

Inspired by getaways at ranches in BC, some favourites. Cooking outdoors on the ranch is amazing, bring the flavours home.

MENU:

• Flatbread with Smokey Tomato-Chile and Herb Topping, Finished with a feta-yogurt drizzle. 
• Piri Piri Mini Chicken Skewers: A rich, thick fresh sauce made with bell pepper, herbs, and a little heat- super glaze and dip. 
• Spiced Sweet and Sour Ribs: Baby back ribs with warm spices, a little balsamic and sweet finish. 
• Sunshine Summer Salad :Yellow peppers, corn, tomatoes with a fresh turmeric dressing 
• Sweet and Tangy Cucumber Salad- crisp, cool, many variations 
• Summer Berries with Mascarpone Cream and Honey Lime Sauce: Best of the market’s berries, a sauce that will become a staple!

Online payment by credit card.  Gift card payments done by phone at 604-428-3700.  Payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held.   Once booked all class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
