Enjoy this evening of Middle Eastern fare with Chef Glenys. Packed with great flavours, lots of fresh veggies, and spices that keep it interesting!  Middle Eastern spices are something that will amp up your weekday meals.. za’atar, aleppo peppers, and more.

MENU:

• Hummus and Greens Flatbread – greens and herbs dressed with a tangy hummus dressing, pizza’s cousin
• Cucumber Salad with Yogurt, Lemons and Herbs – the dressing alone is delicious, with a hint of warm spice
• Za’atar Roasted Chicken – the signature spice blend on chicken rubbed and roasted
• Chile Roasted Tomatoes with Feta – roast at the same time as the chicken
• Phyllo (Filo) Custard Pudding – simple and spectacular

Online payment by PayPal.  Gift cards and credit card payments done by phone at 604-428-3700.  Payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held.   Once booked all class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
