Appetizers are about tingling tastebuds, giving everyone a bite of wow flavour while keeping them happy.  The sweet, spicy, salty and rich combination works.  Always mix with your classics!

• Winter “White Velvet” Soup- smooth and tangy; gild with your garnishes – Creamy parsnips and pears with a variety of creative garnishes, by the bowl or
  demitasse
• Griddled’n’Grilled Steak “Sandwiches” – Beef tenderloin and mustard in a toasted brioche “cube”
• Flatbread- thin, crispy crust! Caramelized Onion, Fennel and Sweet Italian Sausage- perfect with any wine
• Winter Crudités with Whipped Warm Lemon Aioli – need our crunchy greens and spears!
• Zinfandel-Chile Jam and Gorganzola Crostinis
• Chipotle-Coffee Baby Back Ribs -bring on the big red wine!

Online payment by PayPal or credit card.  Gift cards payments done by phone at 604-428-3700 or pay with credit card and reimburse the night of the class.  Payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held.   Once booked all class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
