Appetizers are about tingling tastebuds, giving everyone a bite of wow flavour while keeping them happy.  The sweet, spicy, salty and rich combination works.  Always mix with your classics!

MENU:

• Crisp Potato Galettes with Truffle Salt- mini stacks, crispy thin layers with a bit of cheese and truffle salt
• Indian Spiced Corn Fritters with Mango Chutney Creme-  just a quick turn in the pan, or air fryer!  The chutney dip is great with burgers and fries.
• Shrimp Bisque- always elegant, mild spices with a herb garnish
• Miso Glazed Chicken Wings- everyone needs another wing option
• Tamarind-Honey Glazed Spare Ribs-  for the meat lovers -an oven technique, works for all kitchens 
• Chocolate Fudge Bars with Bourbon Sugar-  after so many flavours, cool chocolate just works

Online payment by PayPal or credit card.  Gift cards payments done by phone at 604-428-3700 or pay with credit card and reimburse the night of the class.  Payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held.   Once booked all class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
