Tis the season to celebrate, and small plates are fabulous to serve over social nights!  This menu is designed for your company lounging around the fire or the table, perfect for New Years!

MENU:

• Asparagus and Bean Speers with Thai Peanut Dip
• Santa Fe Spice Crusted Prawns- a dusting of spices – serve with bread for mopping or add a cool cilantro dip
• Liptauer Cheese-  a retro favourite spread to spread on crackers or baguette slices
• Glazed Lamb Popsicles with Spiced Yogurt Sauce
• Chocolat Chaud- a make ahead hot chocolate pudding, just reheat and pour in an espresso cup, top with whipped cream and serve!

Gift cards cannot be redeemed online but you can reserve with credit card and exchange for gift card in store the day of the class or before.  All class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN FOR SERIES IF NOTICE GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF FIRST CLASS STARTING. You may send someone in your place or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Don’t forget you receive 10% off your shopping the day of your class!
