Beat the Monday blues with Chef Romy here at Posh! This is sure to be a fabulous night! In this class Chef Romy will first teach you how to turn potatoes into gnocchi – delicious clouds bursting with flavour.You will learn how to make a beautiful ravioli as well as the process of making the perfect risotto with that decadent creamy texture. He will finish off the evening with a simple yet fabulous dessert with chocolate saucefrom scratch. Hosting someone special this weekend? Get inspired with these fab recipes!

Crab ravioli, roasted red pepper cream sauce
Prosciutto and mushroom risotto with diablo sauce
Fried banana in pastry dough with chocolate sauce
