Tanisha’s back with the Indian Bang! With the season of festivities, this menu hits just the right spot for everyone who wants to add extra oomph to their dinner parties and gatherings, with a complete flavour explosion. From lip smackin’ snacks to royal and creamy curries, this little food journey has it all.. Bring your appetite and let’s begin!
- Dal Pakwan Chaat – Split yellow lentils, cooked dry, tossed in spices and served with chickpea flour discs. Call them your Indian Nachos, only packed with more nutrients and a harder flavour punch.
- Gobhi Korma with Naan – Indulge your taste buds in this simple yet absolutely mind blowing grated cauliflower curry dish, garnished with fresh herbs and served with hot mini naan breads. So easy and perfect substitute for veggie lovers without compromising on any flavours!
- Dum Aloo Lakhnavi with Rice – Baby potatoes cooked in a dough and foil sealed casserole, simmered to perfection in creamy cardamom sauce – speciality of a specific Indian region known for it’s royal past. Served on a bed of fragrant basmati-jasmine rice.
