Join Daisy for a fun-filled Sunday afternoon learning how to make a gorgeous mermaid cake using fondant and buttercream! Daisy will bring cakes for all students to assemble and decorate. She is a trained chef, and her passion is decorating!  Techniques include:

• fondant modelling
• working with molds
• buttercream shaping
• cake stacking with dowels
• using a piping bag

All recipes are nut-free, however Posh Pantry is not a nut-free facility.

Everything they need to prepare the cake will be provided for use during the class but all students will receive the following to keep… Decorating spatula, bench scraper and fondant tools!

But please bring a container to take it home!  Posh carries cake boxes for purchase.
