Format: Demonstration Supper Club, Adults Only

Be inspired by flavours from Italy and fire up the grill.  A beef combo that gets its flavour from a herb-and-balsamic finish, served with easy-going sides dishes.  

MENU:

• Basil, Pea and Ricotta Crostini-  sweet garden peas with tangy cheese and basil on olive-oil toasted crostini
• Smoky Tomato Risotto – blistered tomatoes in a risotto that’s finished with fresh herbs and cheese
• Ribs-  beef in the Tuscan way- a seared  prime ribs- marinated and grilled with balsamic, rosemary and finished to perfection
• Hearty Greens and New Vegetables with Creamy Vinaigrette- salad greens and newest veg from the garden, the pistachio dressing is addictive, and really good for you!
• New Potatoes with Garlic Finish
• Mascarpone Pear Tart with Pecorino Crust- if you love sweet and salty, you’ll love this easy and dramatic tart from Umbria that combines fruit and cheese in one dish.  It’s addictive!

Online payment by PayPal.  Gift cards and credit card payments done by phone at 604-428-3700.  Payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held.   Once booked all class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
