Let’s make some spaghetti together! Everyone will make their own pasta from scratch and work as a group to make a fantastic sauce, a killer salad and more!

All recipes are nut-free, however Posh Pantry is not a nut-free facility.

Format:  Hands-On, all guests will participate

MENU:

• Boom Pow Caesar Salad! With Crispy Proscuitto
• Hand rolled pasta! Learn the secrets to delicate and delicious spaghetti from scratch! Working in pairs, students will prepare pasta dough using fresh ingredients and learn how to use a manual countertop pasta roller and the KitchenAid attachment.
• Homemade Bolognese – a rich beef sauce or a choice of vegetarian sauce
• Tiramisu – layers of creamy goodness!

Everything required to prepare the dishes will be provided: Apron, cutting boards, mixing bowls, recipes, ingredients and assistance. Most importantly, this class will be fun!
