In this 3-hour class students will have fun assembling and decorating a flip flop summery cake with buttercream and fondant applications!  They will learn how to make the perfect buttercream icing from scratch, how to use a piping bag, different tip applications, and more!  Students will be supplied with the following for use during the class:

• Apron
• 2 layer sheet cakes
• Rectangular cake board
• Buttercream icing
• Frosting
• Disposable bags 
• Icing Tips
• Couplers 
• White fondant

PLEASE BRING A BOX OR LARGE PLASTIC CONTAINER TO TRANSPORT CAKE HOME.
