Welcome to a Luxe Cupcake Decorating Class! In this amazing three-hour class for kids, students will learn how to make beautiful cupcakes from scratch and decorate them with beautiful buttercream and fondant in a beach/summer theme! Chef Latha is a wonderful teacher and her passion is decorating! She will walk the children through all the steps to perfect these cupcakes so that they have something beautiful to take home to your guests! They will learn how to make the baked goods from scratch, how to prepare and use a decorating bag, and different decorating techniques. Students will go home with 3-5 beautifully decorated cupcakes time dependent.

PLEASE BRING PLASTIC CONTAINER OR CUPCAKE CARRIER.  Everything else is supplied!

All recipes are nut-free, however Posh Pantry is not a nut-free facility.

MENU:

• Cupcakes from Scratch!  Learn how to make the best vanilla batter and bake the cupcakes so that they are all uniform in size!  Then make the buttercream icing from scratch and learn how to decorate cupcakes with buttercream and fondant.   Children will be using molds and piping bags!
• Lunch:  Easy-To-Assemble Turkey Cheddar Sandwiches – so they don’t eat all the icing!

If you have a store credit, please call the shop to register.  No seats can be held. Gift cards cannot be redeemed online but you can reserve with credit card and exchange for gift card in store the day of the class or before.  All class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. You may send someone in your place or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Don’t forget you receive 10% off your shopping the day of your class!
