Kids Gingerbread Houses! With Instructor Latha! Ages 7-12

In this 3 hour class, students will be given a Wilton boxed gingerbread house to set up and take home! They will have fun learning how to assemble their Gingerbread House for Christmas. Kids will decorate the gingerbread house with loads of marshmallows, icing and candies.They will also learn Chef Carolines favourite gingerbread cookie recipe, make and bake the cookies, and decorate two gingerbread men!
Students will learn how to:
- make gingerbread cookies
- roll out gingerbread dough and cut out the cookies
- decorate gingerbread men
- assemble a gingerbread house
- make Royal Icing
- prepare a decorating bag
- decorating techniques: the star, the shell and the dot technique

Gift cards cannot be redeemed online but you can reserve with credit card and exchange for gift card in store the day of the class or before. All class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING.
