Calling all pescatarians! Cruise into spring with cheery Mexican fare, lighter, brighter, bold flavours. Inspiration comes for the west coast, with their sun and seafood.
- “Elote” – Street Corn Fritters with Chile-Lime Crema – a cousin to corncakes, with cotija cheese and a crunchy bite, they’re perfect with the cool tangy dip
- Baja Shrimp and Crab Tostados – crispy tortilla bites topped with another version of the famous shrimp-crab combination, with a mango vinaigrette drizzle
- Fish Tacos with Cabbage Slaw, Avocado Salsa and Radish Pickle – Catch of the day, pan seared in spicy crust, with another version of coleslaw with a lime vinaigrette and topped with the salsa and pickle for crunch.
- Coconut Crème Caramel – the famous flan with a rich coconut custard and crunchy toasted coconut finish.

Payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held. Once booked all class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
