MENU:

• Mango Gazpacho – Ajo d’oro – cool and smooth, served in a chilled flute
• Elote- the famous Mexican “street” corn on the cob – grilled fresh corn coated in the signature spice, cheese and lime rub
• BC Salmon Taco with Summer Fresh Coleslaw – Chipotle glazed salmon from the grill served with a Jalapeño-Lime Coleslaw
• Nectarine Salsa – or make it peaches if you like
• Blue Cornmeal Crèpes with Mexican Vanilla Ice Cream and Grapefruit Caramel Sauce – great texture and flavour combination

Gift cards cannot be redeemed online but you can reserve with credit card and exchange for gift card in store the day of the class or before.  All class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING.
