• Aja D’oro – A Chilled Mango-Nectarine Gazpacho, perfect for summer!
• Elote Queso Dip – Another chile con queso- with the flavours of grilled Mexican corn with all it’s trimmings.  Served with Home-Seasoned Tortilla Chips.
• Salad with Watermelon, Radishes, Tomatoes, Greens and Chile-Lime-Mango Vinaigrette
• Sablefish Tacos al Pastor- on the grill or in the pan- with pineapple
• Mexican Green Rice- good with grilled chicken, beef, pork- just about anything!
• Tres Leches Cake – Perfect for our summers with fresh fruit, it has three luscious layers and a toasted coconut topping, and it’s so easy.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed online but you can reserve with credit card and exchange for gift card in store the day of the class or before.  All class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING.
