Spend an evening enjoying some laughs and amazing Chinese cuisine with Chef Eddy Ng! Eddy brings a roster of AUTHENTIC Chinese recipes, teaching the necessary techniques to perfect every dish. Enjoy some starters and main dishes and create your own meals at home! Take out no more! Eddy will teach you how it’s done.

Hand Shredded Boneless Chicken in a Savoury Brown Sauce and Sesame Dressing, Pickled Scallion and Ginger – 芝麻手撕雞
Sweet and Sour Wonton with Pineapple and Lychee Sauce – 糖醋餛飩
Mongolian Beef with Stir-Fried Broccoli and Cellophane noodles – 蒙古辛辣牛肉served with perfectly cooked Jasmine Rice
Stir-Fried Seasonal Vegetable with Ginger and Garlic -清炒時菜
