Singaporean Brunch! A Culinary Adventure With Instructor Latha!
Instructor Latha is sharing her favorite recipes from home – nothing fancy, but simple ingredients that turns into bold, unforgettable flavors. These dishes are packed with authentic, feel-good vibes that will have you dreaming of Singapore’s bustling food stalls!
Format: Demonstration, Adults Only
- Fried Spring Rolls served with a chilli and calamansi sauce unique to Singapore and Malaysia.
- Fruit Salad “Rojak” – a different take on this versatile dish. Pineapple, green apple, green mango and guava served with a spicy and tangy dressing.
- “Laksa” – this world renowned dish is comprised of noodles in a spicy coconut curry, topped with shrimp, fish cake and bean sprouts.
- “Kueh Salat” – A popular tea time treat – steamed glutinous rice topped with a pandan custard layer.
To register for this class please scroll down to book online and enter information below. Online payment by PayPal or credit card. Gift cards payments done by phone at 604-428-3700 or pay with credit card and reimburse the night of the class. Payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held. Once booked all class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
