Sizzle & Sear – it’s that time of year! Time to go bold and bright on the grill with help from the farmers’ markets. International flavours and local favourites!
- Heirloom Tomato and Cucumber Salad with Five Fresh Herbs- a tangy vinaigrette and a dusting of feta
- Saffron Grilled Rack of Lamb with Shallot Yogurt- marinated, grilled and served with this super side
- Banh Mi Sliders- there’s a new burger in town! Thai basil, with Sriracha Mayo on brioche buns. Served with a cool side dish- Vietnamese Cole Slaw with lime juice, fresh herbs, lots of crunch and Quick Sweet Pickles
- No-Marinade Juicy Grilled Chicken with Fresh Herb Sauce and a Warm Potato Salad
- Dessert of course- Lemon Punnet- sinfully easy 3 ingredient pudding served with fresh fruit
