Three new soup and bread combos with endless variations.
One vegetarian, one pescatarian, and for the omnivores!
Format: Demonstration Super Club! Adults Only!
MENU:
San Marzano Tomato Soup “al forno” -from Italy to pantry, San Marzano DOC tomatoes are summer saved; roasted with herbs- like sunshine in winter with burrata, fresh herb oil
Flatbreads with Thyme, Pecorino and Honey- almost a cracker
French Leek and Potato Seafood Chowder– a relaxed easy technique- a potato lovers dream! “Catch of the Day” is up to you!
No-Knead Fougasse- from the south of France, a stunning leaf-shaped yeast loaf in no time.
Red Lentil- Ham Soup– one recipe with endless variations- Dawson Creek ham, warm spices, lentils, and veggies too! Le Creuset or slow cooker? You choose from a spice personality.
Simple Cheese Bread– simple beginning- match to your soup style.
The Sweet Part– it’s citrus season- a new lemon dessert!
To register for this class please scroll down to book online and enter information below. Online payment by credit card. Gift cards payments done by phone at 604-428-3700 or call us to pay with credit card. Payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held. Once booked all class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
Free parking opens up on Hastings at 6pm. Please arrive no earlier than this time.
