St. Patrick’s Day is a day to celebrate the Irish!  Chef Mike has put together a menu with some of the traditional favourites, and you know his recipes will have the twist she is famous for!  Don’t forget to BYOGreenBeer!

• Irish Seafood Chowder – Bacon, Salmon, Shrimp, Clams
• Savoury Beer Cheddar Biscuits
• Beer-Braised Irish Bangers
• Traditional Colcannon – Irish Mashed Potatoes, with greens and lots of butter and cream!
• Irish Bread Pudding with Decadent Whiskey Sauce

Gift cards cannot be redeemed online but you can reserve with credit card and exchange for gift card in store the day of the class or before.  All class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING.
