Inspired by getaways at ranches in BC, some favourites. Cooking outdoors on the ranch is amazing, bring the flavours home.

MENU:

• Bacon Wrapped Prawns with Onion Marmalade – from Texas made with wild-caught prawns and local bacon
• Tomato- Jalapeño Bisque with Cornbread Croutons – this silky blend tames the fresh chiles with fresh avocado, tomato and cream
• ̃The Wedge Salad with Buttermilk Bliss Dressing -crisp and cool, the dressing gets a boost from roasted garlic
• Chorizo Turkey Burgers – as spicy as you like, the burger has all the trimmings – pickled onions, guacamole
• Bock Beer-Battered Onion Rings – all the tips for perfect results
• Cajeta Pound Cake – as good for breakfast as it is for dessert so get out your bundt pan and enjoy!

Online payment by PayPal.  Gift cards and credit card payments done by phone at 604-428-3700.  Payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held.   Once booked all class cancelations receive store credit, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
